Long Jump:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees and swing your arms back. Jump forward as far as you can, extending your legs and swinging your arms forward. Measure the distance you jumped with a tape measure or use a marker to mark your landing spot. Repeat this jump three times and try to beat your previous distance.

Obstacle Course Jumping:
Create an obstacle course using pillows, cushions, or other safe objects. Place them in a line or scattered around the room. Jump over each obstacle without touching them.
