- A piece of paper and crayons
Activities
- Read or watch a Blippi story together.
- Create a drawing of the story.
Choose a Blippi book or video that your child enjoys. Read the book out loud or watch the video together, paying attention to the characters, setting, and plot.
After experiencing the story, ask your child to draw a picture of their favorite part or character. Encourage them to include details from the story in their drawing.

- "Who is Blippi? Blippi is a fun character who loves to explore and learn about different things. He takes us on adventures and teaches us new things!"
- "What is a character? A character is a person or animal in a story. In the Blippi story, Blippi himself is the main character. Can you think of any other characters in the story?"
- "What is a setting? The setting is where the story takes place. In the Blippi story, the setting could be a farm, a zoo, or even a construction site. Where do you think the story took place?"
- "What is a plot? The plot is the events that happen in a story. In the Blippi story, we might see Blippi exploring different places and learning new things. What do you think happened in the story you watched or read?"
