Materials and Prep
- Paper
- Coloring materials (crayons, markers, colored pencils)
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Magazines or printed images
Before starting the lesson, it would be helpful to have a discussion with the student about their understanding of the Law of Attraction.
Activities
-
Introduce the concept of the Law of Attraction by explaining that it is the belief that positive or negative thoughts can bring positive or negative experiences into our lives.
-
Ask the student to think of something they would like to attract into their life, such as a new toy or a fun activity.
-
Provide the student with paper and coloring materials. Instruct them to draw a picture of the thing they would like to attract.
-
Next, ask the student to find images from magazines or printed materials that represent their desired outcome. They can cut out these images or tear them out if preferred.
-
Using the glue stick, have the student glue the images onto their drawing or create a collage with the images and their drawing.
-
Encourage the student to display their artwork in a place where they can see it every day, reminding them of their desired outcome and the power of positive thinking.
