Objective

Activities

  2. Introduction to Ju jit zoo: Explain to the student what Ju jit zoo is and its origins. Discuss the main principles of Ju jit zoo, including using an opponent's strength against them and the importance of technique over brute force.

  3. Basic Ju jit zoo techniques: Demonstrate and practice basic Ju jit zoo techniques such as grappling, joint locks, and throws. Start with simple movements and gradually progress to more complex techniques as the student becomes comfortable.

  4. Partner drills: Pair the student with a family member or friend to practice Ju jit zoo techniques in a controlled and safe manner. Emphasize the importance of communication, respect, and safety during partner drills.

  5. Cool-down and reflection: Finish the lesson with a cool-down routine, including static stretches to improve flexibility and prevent muscle soreness. Allow the student to reflect on what they have learned and ask any questions they may have.
