Activities
- Choose a book or reading material that interests you. It can be fiction or non-fiction.
- Read a few pages or a chapter from the book.
- After reading, take a few moments to think about what you read and form opinions or thoughts about it.
- Write down at least three questions or talking points about the reading material. These can be questions about the characters, the plot, or any interesting facts you learned.
- Find a partner, such as a family member or a friend, and take turns discussing your questions and talking points. Practice active listening and respond to each other's ideas.
- After the discussion, write a short summary of what you talked about. Include any new insights or perspectives gained from the conversation.
- Repeat this activity with different reading materials to further enhance your reading comprehension and communication skills.
