- Strength training: Teach Kathy basic strength exercises such as push-ups, squats, and lunges. Encourage her to perform each exercise with proper form and technique.
- Cardiovascular activity: Engage Kathy in a fun cardio workout by playing a game of "Simon Says" with physical movements like jumping, hopping, and skipping.
- Cool-down and stretching: Finish the lesson with a cool-down routine that includes gentle stretching exercises for all major muscle groups.
