Before starting the lesson, familiarize yourself with different fashion styles and trends by browsing through fashion magazines or online fashion websites.

Activities

  1. Research and Inspiration:
  2. Look through fashion magazines or online fashion websites to gather inspiration for your design. Pay attention to different styles, colors, patterns, and textures that catch your eye.

  3. Design Planning:
  4. Using a plain white t-shirt as your canvas, sketch out your design idea on a piece of paper. Consider placement, color schemes, and any additional elements you want to incorporate.

  5. Creating Your Design:
  6. Transfer your design onto the t-shirt using fabric markers or paints. You can also cut out fabric scraps and glue them onto the shirt to add texture and dimension.

  7. Finishing Touches:
  8. Once your design is complete, let it dry and make any final adjustments. If desired, you can further enhance your design by adding additional elements such as buttons, beads, or sequins.
