Objective

By the end of this lesson, the student will be able to understand the concept of gratitude and its importance in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Materials and Prep

Activities

1. Gratitude Journal: Have the student create a gratitude journal. Instruct them to write down three things they are grateful for each day for the next week.

2. Gratitude Letter: Ask the student to write a gratitude letter to someone they appreciate. Encourage them to express their feelings of gratitude and why they are thankful for that person.

3. Gratitude Art: Have the student create a piece of art that represents gratitude. This could be a drawing, painting, or collage.
