Objective

Materials and Prep

Activities
1. Warm-up: Start with a 5-minute light jog or jumping jacks to get the heart rate up.
2. Strength Training: Perform bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups, and lunges for 3 sets of 10-15 reps each.
3. Cardio: Incorporate high-intensity interval training (HIIT) by alternating between 1 minute of intense exercise (e.g., burpees) and 1 minute of rest for a total of 10 minutes.
4. Flexibility: Finish with yoga or stretching exercises to improve flexibility and cool down the body.
