Materials and Prep

Materials needed:

- Potted plant or flower from the garden

Before the lesson:
- Find a comfortable and well-lit space for the activities
- Have the potted plant or flower ready for observation

Activities

1. Fairy Garden Drawing: Ask the student to draw their own fairy garden, including flowers, plants, and any magical elements they imagine. Encourage creativity and imagination.

2. Plant Observation: Show the potted plant or flower to the student and discuss the different parts of the plant such as leaves, stem, and petals. Explain how plants provide shelter and food for fairies.

3. Fairy Role-Play: Encourage the student to pretend to be a fairy and interact with the plant or flower. Discuss how fairies rely on plants for their well-being.
