Activities

  • Activity 1: Parts of Speech Scavenger Hunt - Look for sentences in a book or online about horses. Identify and underline nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs in the sentences.

  • Activity 2: Horse Story Creation - Write a short story about a horse, making sure to include at least 5 different adjectives and 3 different adverbs to describe the actions and characteristics of the horse.
