By the end of this lesson, the student will be able to identify and read simple Tag words and understand their meanings.

Materials: Tag flashcards or printed Tag words, a whiteboard or paper, markers or crayons.

Activities

1. Tag Word Flashcards: Show the student Tag word flashcards and have them read the words out loud.

2. Draw and Read: Have the student choose a Tag word and draw a picture representing the word, then write the word below the picture and read it out loud.
