Materials and Prep
Materials: Paper, crayons, and stickers
Prep: None
Activities
1. Feelings Drawing: Have the toddler draw different faces expressing different emotions (happy, sad, angry, etc.)
2. Feelings Dance: Play music and encourage the toddler to dance freely, expressing different feelings through movement.
3. Feelings Stickers: Give the toddler stickers of different facial expressions and ask them to match the stickers to how they are feeling.

- "Sometimes we feel happy, and that's okay. Can you show me a big smile like when you're happy?"
- "When we feel sad, it's important to talk about it. Can you tell me about a time when you felt sad?"
- "We all get angry sometimes, but we can take deep breaths to help calm down. Let's take a deep breath together."
