Activities
1. Mining for Resources: Explore the Minecraft world and collect different types of blocks, then count and record the number of each type of block collected.

3. Building Structures: Design and build a house or structure using specified number of blocks. Apply addition and subtraction to ensure the correct number of blocks are used.
Third Grade Talking Points
- "In Minecraft, we can collect different blocks like wood, stone, and dirt. Let's count how many of each block we find!"
- "When we trade with villagers, we need to make sure we have enough resources. We can add the resources we earn and subtract the resources we use."
- "When building a house, we need to know how many blocks to use. We can add the blocks we need and subtract the blocks we already placed."
