Activities

  • Brainstorming: Think about your favorite healthy foods and make a list of them.
  • Virtual Grocery Shopping: Visit an online grocery store with a parent and identify healthy food options. Discuss why they are good choices.
  • Creating a Shopping List: Write down the healthy foods you would like to buy on your next grocery trip or delivery.

For the brainstorming activity, think about foods that make you feel strong and energized. During the virtual grocery shopping, pay attention to fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. When creating your shopping list, make sure to include a variety of colorful and nutritious items.
