Activities

2. Create a Healthy Shopping List: Ask the student to make a list of healthy items they would like to purchase. Discuss the importance of including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
3. Reading Food Labels: Teach the student how to read and understand food labels. Have them identify key information such as serving size, calories, and nutrient content.
