Third Grade Talking Points

  • "In a story, we can use our imagination to create a fun adventure, just like going camping!"
  • "We need to use descriptive words to tell the reader what we see, hear, smell, and feel in our camping story."
  • "When we write, we need to make sure our sentences make sense and that we use periods and capital letters correctly."
  • "It's important to read our story again and fix any mistakes to make it the best it can be."
