Prep: Make sure you have enough space to move around for the activities.

Activities

1. Warm-up: Start by doing some light stretching to prepare our bodies for running.

2. Running in Place: Let's practice running in place to get our hearts pumping and our bodies moving.

3. Exploring Breathing: We will learn about how our breathing changes when we run, and why it's important to breathe deeply.

4. Cool Down: Finish the lesson with some calming stretches to relax our muscles after all the running.
