Objective
By the end of this lesson, the student will be able to understand the importance of physical activity for their health, and how it relates to cooking and preparing food.
Materials and Prep
Materials: Cooking ingredients (e.g., fruits, vegetables, grains), cooking utensils, a safe cooking area. Prep: Ensure adult supervision, and have all ingredients and utensils ready for the cooking activity.

2. Food Group Dance: Create a fun dance where the student acts out different food groups (e.g., pretending to be a jumping bean for protein, or a growing plant for vegetables).
3. Recipe Relay: Set up a mini relay race where the student has to gather ingredients for a recipe, promoting physical activity and understanding the importance of gathering healthy ingredients.
