Before starting the lesson, make sure the student understands the concept of emotions and has some basic knowledge of different art mediums.
Activities

Create an Emotion Collage
Have the student cut out pictures from magazines or draw their own images that represent different emotions. Then, ask them to arrange and glue these images onto a piece of paper to create an emotion collage. Encourage them to think about how each image makes them feel and why.

Sculpting Emotions
Using clay or playdough, ask the student to sculpt different emotions. They can create faces or abstract shapes that represent happiness, sadness, anger, etc. While sculpting, encourage them to think about the physical sensations and body posture associated with each emotion.

Painting Emotions
Provide the student with paints and brushes and ask them to paint different emotions on separate sheets of paper. They can use colors, shapes, and brushstrokes to express how each emotion feels to them. Encourage them to experiment with different painting techniques to convey their emotions effectively.
