  • Keyboard Familiarization: Spend some time exploring the keyboard layout and become familiar with the placement of keys. Notice the home row position and the keys surrounding it.
  • Proper Finger Placement: Learn the correct finger placement for touch typing. Use the left index finger for the F key, the right index finger for the J key, and rest the other fingers on the keys surrounding the home row.
  • Practice Typing Exercises: Use online typing tutorials or typing software to practice touch typing. Start with simple exercises and gradually increase the difficulty level as you become more comfortable.
  • Speed and Accuracy Challenges: Set goals for yourself to improve your typing speed and accuracy. Time yourself and track your progress over multiple practice sessions.
