- Flashcards with sight words (create your own or use printable resources)
- Whiteboard or paper and markers
Activities

Word Recognition Game:
Show the flashcards one by one and ask the student to read the sight word aloud. Repeat this activity until the student becomes familiar with all the sight words.

Writing Practice:
Write each sight word on the whiteboard or paper. Ask the student to trace the word with their finger and then write it themselves. Encourage them to say the word aloud as they write.

Sight Word Hunt:
Hide the flashcards around the room or in a designated area. Ask the student to find the flashcards one by one and read the sight words aloud as they find them.
