Objective

Materials and Prep

- An open space to practice (backyard, driveway, or a park)
- Comfortable clothing and sneakers

Activities
- Warm-up: Start with a 5-minute jog or jumping jacks to get your heart rate up and muscles warmed up.
- Stick Handling: Practice controlling the ball or puck with your stick while moving it around cones or other objects placed on the ground.
- Passing and Receiving: Set up a target (can be a wall or a designated spot) and practice passing the ball or puck to the target and receiving it back.
- Shooting: Practice shooting the ball or puck towards a target (can be an open space or a goal). Focus on accuracy and power.
- Mini Game: Play a small scrimmage with a family member or a friend. Practice your skills in a game-like situation.
