Objective

The objective of this lesson is for the student to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for the anime/manga series "Toilet-bound Hanako-kun" and its main character, Kou Minamoto.

Materials and Prep

  • A computer or smartphone with internet access
  • Access to the "Toilet-bound Hanako-kun" anime or manga

Activities

  • Activity 1: Character Analysis
    Watch or read a few episodes/chapters of "Toilet-bound Hanako-kun" that feature Kou Minamoto. Take notes on his personality, appearance, and actions. Discuss with the student what they find interesting or relatable about Kou.
  • Activity 2: Create a Character Profile
    Have the student create a character profile for Kou Minamoto. They can include details such as his age, likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, and any other information they find relevant. Encourage them to be creative and use visuals if desired.
  • Activity 3: Fan Art or Fan Fiction
    Allow the student to express their creativity by either creating fan art or writing fan fiction featuring Kou Minamoto. This activity can help them explore their own interpretation of the character and develop their artistic or writing skills.
