Talking Points
Reading Comprehension: "Reading comprehension means understanding what we read. It's like putting together puzzle pieces in our mind to make sense of the story or information."
Book Review: "When we read a book, we can share our thoughts and opinions with others by writing a book review. It helps other people decide if they want to read the book too."
Descriptive Language: "When we describe something, we use words to paint a picture in someone's mind. We can use adjectives to make our descriptions more interesting and detailed."
Sequencing: "Sequencing means putting things in the right order. In a story, events happen one after another. We need to read carefully to understand the correct order of the events."
