Activities

Activity 1: Super Mario Vocabulary
Introduce the student to basic Spanish vocabulary related to Super Mario. Show images or toys of Super Mario characters and objects and teach the Spanish words for each. Encourage the student to repeat the words after you.

Activity 2: Matching Game
Create flashcards with Super Mario characters or objects on one side and their corresponding Spanish words on the other side. Mix up the flashcards and have the student match the correct Spanish word to each picture.

Activity 3: Sentence Building
Provide the student with a list of Spanish words related to Super Mario. Have them create simple sentences using the words. For example, "Mario salta sobre Goomba" (Mario jumps on Goomba).

Encourage the student to pretend to be a character from Super Mario and have a conversation in Spanish with you. Use the vocabulary learned in the previous activities to create a dialogue.
