Materials and Prep

  • Blank paper
  • Coloring materials (crayons, markers, colored pencils)
  • Magazines or newspapers
  • Scissors
  • Glue

No prior knowledge or preparation is necessary for this lesson.

Activities

  • Create a Vision Board: Have the student cut out images and words from magazines or newspapers that represent things they want to attract into their life. They can then glue these onto a piece of paper to create their own vision board.
  • Draw and Color: Encourage the student to draw and color pictures of things they want to attract. For example, if they want to attract happiness, they can draw a smiling face.
  • Positive Affirmation Art: Have the student write positive affirmations, such as "I am capable of achieving my goals," on a piece of paper. They can then decorate the paper with colors and drawings.
