Activity 2: Nature Observation
Take the student outside to observe nature. Ask them to find a flower, leaf, or any natural object that catches their attention. Once they have chosen an object, have them sit quietly and observe it for a few minutes. Afterward, ask them to draw the object on their paper, paying attention to the details and colors.

Activity 3: Guided Imagery
Guide the student through a short guided imagery exercise. Ask them to close their eyes and imagine being in a peaceful place, such as a beach or a forest. Encourage them to use their imagination to visualize the colors, sounds, and smells of that place. Afterward, have them draw a picture of their peaceful place.
