No prior knowledge or experience in dance is required.
Activities

Warm-up: Start by doing some light stretching exercises to warm up the body. Focus on stretching the arms, legs, and torso.

Isolation exercises: Teach the student how to isolate different body parts, such as the head, shoulders, chest, and hips. Practice moving each body part independently and then combining them together in a fluid motion.
