Activities

  • Activity 1: "My Healthy Habits"

    Have the student create a poster or drawing that represents their healthy habits. They can include activities like eating fruits and vegetables, exercising, getting enough sleep, and washing their hands regularly. Encourage creativity and make it a fun and colorful representation of their habits.

  • Activity 2: "Healthy Snack Time"

    Guide the student in preparing a healthy snack together. Teach them about the importance of choosing nutritious foods and explain why certain snacks are healthier than others. Let them choose from a variety of options and discuss the benefits of each choice.

  • Activity 3: "Exercise Challenge"

    Create a mini exercise challenge for the student. Set a timer for 5 minutes and have them perform different exercises like jumping jacks, squats, or running in place. Make it fun by playing energetic music and joining in on the activities. Discuss how exercise helps keep our bodies strong and healthy.
