Activities

  • Activity 1: Create a Business Plan
    Research and develop a business plan for a product or service you are interested in. Include details such as target market, pricing, marketing strategies, and financial projections.
  • Activity 2: Analyze Business Models
    Choose two different businesses and analyze their business models. Compare and contrast their approaches to revenue generation, cost structure, and value proposition.
  • Activity 3: Role-play Negotiation
    Pretend you are a business owner negotiating a deal with a supplier or a customer. Practice your negotiation skills and aim for a win-win outcome.
  • Activity 4: Research Successful Entrepreneurs
    Choose a successful entrepreneur and research their journey to success. Create a presentation highlighting their achievements, challenges faced, and key lessons learned.
