Activities

  2. Identify Constellations: Use a star chart or a smartphone app to help you identify constellations. Start with the most well-known ones like the Big Dipper, Orion, or Cassiopeia. Take your time to locate and name each constellation.

  3. Create Your Own Constellation: Using your imagination, connect the dots between stars to create your own unique constellation. Give it a name and draw it on paper using colored pencils. Share your creation with someone else.

  4. Mythology Behind Constellations: Research the mythology or stories associated with one of the constellations you identified. Write a short paragraph summarizing the story and share it with a family member or friend.
