Activities

  • Activity 1: Super Strength Workout

    Start by doing some simple exercises like jumping jacks, push-ups, and squats. These exercises help to strengthen your muscles and make you super strong!

  • Activity 2: Healthy Snack Time

    Prepare a healthy snack together, like a fruit salad or veggie sticks with hummus. Talk about how eating nutritious food helps to fuel your body and give you energy.

  • Activity 3: Safety Scavenger Hunt

    Create a safety scavenger hunt where you search for potential hazards in your home. Teach the importance of being aware of your surroundings to stay safe.

  • Being healthy means taking care of our bodies and making good choices. When we eat nutritious food and exercise, we become strong and have lots of energy.

  • Exercises like jumping jacks, push-ups, and squats help to make our muscles stronger. They also make our hearts healthy and improve our balance and coordination.
