Objective

By the end of this lesson, you will have a basic understanding of the bakery business and be able to create your own imaginary bakery.

Materials and Prep

Activities

  1. Brainstorming Bakery Names:

    Think of different names for your imaginary bakery. Write them down and choose your favorite one.

  2. Designing Your Bakery Logo:

    Draw a logo for your bakery. It can be a simple drawing or a combination of images and text. Be creative!

  3. Creating a Menu:

    Imagine what delicious treats your bakery will offer. Draw a menu with pictures and names of the items you would like to sell.

  4. Setting Prices:

    Decide on the prices for your bakery items. Practice writing the prices neatly on your menu.

  5. Promoting Your Bakery:

    Design a colorful poster to advertise your bakery. Include the name, logo, and some mouth-watering pictures.
