  • Pen and paper
  • Access to a kitchen
  • Basic cooking utensils
  • Ingredients of your choice (make sure to check with a parent or guardian for availability)
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques

Activities

  1. Brainstorming Session:

Start by brainstorming different food ideas that you would like to develop. Think about your favorite flavors, textures, and cuisines. Write down as many ideas as you can.

  2. Research and Inspiration:

Research existing food products that are similar to your ideas. Look for inspiration in cookbooks, online recipes, or even by watching cooking shows. Take notes on what you like about each product and how you could improve upon them.

  3. Recipe Development:

Based on your brainstorming and research, start developing a recipe for your unique food product. Consider the ingredients, measurements, and cooking techniques required. Write down your recipe in detail.

  4. Cooking and Testing:

Head to the kitchen and start cooking your food product according to your recipe. Make any necessary adjustments along the way. Once it's ready, taste-test your creation and evaluate its flavor, texture, and overall appeal.

  5. Reflection and Improvement:
