Talking Points
- Our bodies have bones that help us stand, walk, and move. They give our bodies shape and protect important organs.
- Bones come in different shapes and sizes. Some bones are long and thin, like the bones in our fingers. Others are flat, like the bones in our skull.
- We have many bones in our body, including the skull, spine, ribs, arms, and legs. Each bone has a special job.
- Bones are strong, but they can also break if we don't take care of them. That's why it's important to eat healthy foods and exercise to keep our bones strong.
