Take your world map or globe and locate the United States. Use your finger to trace the outline of the country and its states. Can you name some of the states?
Write down the names of all 50 states on a piece of paper. Then, try to match each state with its capital city. You can use the internet to help you if needed.
Search the internet or use books to find interesting facts about the United States. Write down at least five fun facts that you discover.
Using colored pencils or markers, draw and color your own version of the United States flag. Be creative!
