Activities

  • Activity 1: Emotion Self-Portrait - Create a self-portrait using colors, shapes, and lines that represent your current emotions. Reflect on how the process of creating this artwork makes you feel.
  • Activity 2: Collage Therapy - Cut out images and words from magazines or printouts that resonate with your emotions or experiences. Arrange and glue them onto a piece of paper to create a collage that tells a story about your journey.
  • Activity 3: Guided Drawing - Find a guided drawing tutorial online or in a book that focuses on a subject related to your emotions or personal growth. Follow along and let the act of drawing guide your thoughts and feelings.
  • Activity 4: Expressive Watercolor - Use watercolor paints to create an abstract artwork that represents your emotions. Experiment with different brush strokes, blending techniques, and color choices to convey your feelings.
