Objective
By the end of this lesson, the 1-year-old student will have fun engaging in physical activities related to hearts.
Materials and Prep

Activities
Heart Hop: Encourage the student to jump and hop around like a heart. Show them how to make heart shapes with their arms while jumping.
Heart Toss: Use soft toys or pillows shaped like hearts. Have the student practice tossing the hearts into a designated target area, such as a laundry basket or a hoop.
Heart Balance: Ask the student to balance on one foot while holding a heart-shaped object. Encourage them to switch feet and try balancing on the other foot as well.
Heart Dance: Play some upbeat music and encourage the student to dance freely, imitating heart-shaped movements with their body.
