Mila was visiting Florida with Mom when an ordinary afternoon suddenly became an incredible adventure. After lunch at Five Guys, Mila climbed into a little golf cart with Luna dog sitting proudly beside her, while Mom carried an iPad loaded with maps and photos. They were heading toward Mickey's Runaway Railway when Branch appeared from behind a palm tree, waving his arms and shouting that a train had escaped from the station. Before Mila could ask what happened, Elsa came rushing over with Everest, who barked excitedly and pointed toward the tracks. Far in the distance, the runaway train was speeding toward a festival where fireworks were being prepared for the evening celebration. Luna jumped out of the golf cart and raced after a red suitcase that had blown onto the railway, and Mila realized it might contain the controls needed to stop the train. Mom checked the iPad and discovered two possible routes: one led through a tunnel beneath the park, while the other crossed a bridge overlooking the Florida marshes. Branch wanted to chase the train directly, Elsa offered to freeze the tracks, and Everest insisted that the safest plan was to find an ambulance in case anyone at the festival needed help. With the sun sinking low and colorful fireworks already being tested overhead, Mila took a deep breath, started the golf cart, and prepared to choose the route that would save Luna, protect the crowd, and bring the runaway train safely back to the station.
