3. There are 5 kittens in a box. 2 kittens jumped out to play. How many kittens are still in the box?
4. Sam saw 12 cats in the park. 7 of them ran away. How many cats did he still see?
5. A cat had 9 fish toys. After losing 5 fish toys, how many fish toys does the cat have now?
6. There are 6 cat posters on the wall. If 2 of them fell down, how many cat posters are left on the wall?
7. Five cats were sitting in a row. 3 cats got up and left. How many cats are still sitting?
8. In a pet store, there are 15 cats. If 9 are adopted, how many cats are still in the store?
9. A cat had 11 lives. After having an adventure, it lost 3 lives. How many lives does the cat have now?
10. Two cats were playing with 14 balls of yarn. If 5 balls of yarn got tangled, how many balls are not tangled?
