Food Groups

- Vegetables: These are plant-based foods that are usually savory and packed with minerals and vitamins.
- Grains: Foods made from wheat, rice, oats, and other grains are rich in carbohydrates.
- Protein: This group includes meats, beans, nuts, and eggs, which are important for building muscles.
- Dairy: Milk, cheese, and yogurt provide calcium and other essential nutrients.
