1. Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
Instructions:
  1. Stand tall with your feet together.
  2. Engage your thighs, lift your chest, and reach your arms overhead.

2. Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
Instructions:
  1. Start on all fours, tuck your toes, and lift your hips towards the ceiling.
  2. Press your hands into the ground and keep your body in an inverted "V" shape.

3. Child's Pose (Balasana)
Instructions:
  1. Kneel on the ground and sit back on your heels.
  2. Lower your torso to your thighs and stretch your arms forward or rest them by your sides.
