Instructions
Welcome to your meditation practice worksheet! This session is designed to help you explore the benefits of meditation for your physical and mental well-being. Follow the instructions below to complete your meditation activity.
Activity: Guided Meditation
- Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distractions.
- Set a timer for 5-10 minutes to keep track of your meditation time.
- Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
- Focus on your breathing. Notice the rise and fall of your chest or the air flowing in and out of your nostrils.
- Begin to visualize a peaceful scene. This could be a beach, a forest, or a quiet room. Picture yourself in that space, enjoying the tranquility.
- If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to your breath and your visualization.
- Once your timer goes off, take a moment to notice how you feel. Slowly open your eyes and transition back to your surroundings.
