Mind-Muscle Connection (MMC) is the practice of focusing on the muscles you are using during exercises and daily activities. This worksheet will help you understand how to enhance your MMC both in the gym and in your everyday movements. Complete the following questions and activities to improve your awareness and connection with your muscles.
Part 1: Understanding Mind-Muscle Connection
1. Why do you think it's important to focus on the muscles you are using when exercising? Write your thoughts below.
