Help your baby explore simple past and simple present tense through these engaging activities!
Activity 1: Listen and Play
Teacher's Action: Say a verb in the present tense (e.g., "run," "walk," "eat") and act it out. Repeat the verb in the simple past tense (e.g., "ran," "walked," "ate").
Activity 2: Sound and Move
Baby's Task: Choose an object that makes a sound (e.g., a toy car, a bell). Make the sound, then say the verb in the present tense (e.g., "drive"). After the object is quiet, say the verb in the simple past tense (e.g., "drove").
Activity 3: Baby's Verbs
Teacher's Observation: Watch your baby complete an action (e.g., clapping, bouncing) and write the verb in the present and simple past tense.
