Once upon a time, there was a little black cat named Luna. Luna loved to explore the neighborhood and chase butterflies in the sunshine. One day, the sky turned dark, and a big storm rolled in. The wind began to howl, and heavy rain poured down.
Luna was scared. She had never been in a storm before and didn’t know what to do. Just then, she heard a tiny mewling sound coming from under a bush. It was a little gray kitten, shivering with fear.
Luna knew she had to help. She gently approached the kitten and said, "Don’t be afraid, I’ll stay with you until the storm goes away." The two cats huddled together under a big tree, watching the rain fall. They talked and waited until the storm passed.
When the sun came out again, the kitten thanked Luna. "You were very brave," she said. Luna smiled. "We’re safe now," she said, "and that’s all that matters."
