Rohan had always been excited about flying kites. Every year during the spring festival in his village, colorful kites filled the sky. This year, Rohan had saved up all his pocket money to buy a new kite—a bright red one with golden stars. On the first day of the festival, he ran to the field with his new kite, eager to see it soar high.As Rohan was flying his kite, strong winds began to blow. The string slipped from his hands, and the kite flew higher and higher until it disappeared into the clouds. Rohan searched everywhere but couldn't find his beloved kite. Disheartened, he walked back home, hoping the kite would somehow return to him.
The next morning, Rohan noticed something red caught in the branches of a tall tree near his house. He ran closer and saw his kite tangled there. With the help of a long stick, he managed to bring it down. Though it was a little torn, Rohan was overjoyed to have his kite back. He realized that sometimes, things we lose can find their way back to us.
