Read the following passage carefully and answer the questions. One summer afternoon, a fox was walking through a forest when he came across a crane. The fox had not seen a crane before and was curious. He asked the crane what she was doing. The crane replied that she was waiting for the right moment to catch her prey. The fox laughed and said, "You look silly standing there with your long neck. What can you do with that?" The crane smiled and said, "My long neck helps me catch fish from the river." The fox, feeling thirsty, asked the crane to take him to the river. The crane agreed and they walked together. When they reached the river, the crane waded into the water and quickly caught a fish. The fox was amazed and asked the crane to teach him how to catch fish like that. The crane replied, "It takes time and patience to learn. First, you need strong, long legs to stand in the water for a long time." The fox looked at his short legs and sighed. He realized that he could not catch fish like the crane. He decided to leave and find something else to eat.
The next day, the fox saw the crane again, sitting by a tree. He asked her what she was doing. She replied, "I'm resting and enjoying the shade." The fox teased her again, saying, "Your neck is too long and your legs are too thin. You're not good for anything." The crane smiled and said, "Just because I am different does not mean I am not useful. Everyone has their own strengths." The fox thought about this and realized that the crane was right. He said goodbye to the crane and continued his journey, feeling a little wiser.
