Instructions for the Grown-Up
- Point to each animal drawing and say the animal's name clearly.
- Read the descriptive word or sound out loud with enthusiasm. For example, "This is a BIG elephant!" or "The cow says MOO!"
- Encourage your child to point to the animals and try to repeat the sounds with you.
- For the "soft" sheep, you can gently stroke the picture or provide a real cotton ball to touch to help them understand the concept of "soft".
